Use of the site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by: Registered companies; Candidates; Any visitor browsing the site.

3. Account Creation

3.1 Company Account - The company provides: accurate information (company name, NRC, professional email, etc.), an authorized contact identity to manage the account. GOJOB DZ may suspend an account in case of:

  • Fraud
  • False information
  • Activity contrary to law
  • 3.2 Candidate Account - The candidate must provide accurate data and keep their profile up to date.

4. Services Offered

GOJOB DZ offers the following services:

  • Publication of job offers by companies
  • Connection via CV and applications
  • Access to a management dashboard
  • Notifications and alerts related to applications
  • GOJOB DZ may modify or enhance features without notice.

5. User Obligations

5.1 Companies - The company commits to: Post advertisements compliant with Algerian law, Not discriminate (age, gender, origin, etc.), Not disclose confidential candidate information. 5.2 Candidates - The candidate commits to: Not provide false CVs or documents, Not use the platform for non-professional purposes.

6. Liability

GOJOB DZ does not guarantee: The conclusion of a contract between company and candidate, The accuracy of information provided by users. We are not responsible for: service interruptions, data loss due to third parties, fraudulent use of a compromised account.

7. Personal Data

Processing is carried out in accordance with GOJOB DZ's Privacy Policy and Law 18-05. Each user has the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete their data.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

GOJOB DZ may suspend or delete an account: in case of non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions, upon express request from the user, for security reasons.

9. Modification of Terms

GOJOB DZ may update the Terms and Conditions to comply with legislation or improve its services. Users will be informed of significant changes.
